What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

I like to hear that my clients are happy with their reading, and feel both peaceful and confident at the conclusion. I am a good listener and non-judgmental. It is interesting what can come up in the course of a reading and I aim to illustrate the positive outcomes and opportunities that the client may not be fully aware of.
Every reading presents an opportunity to grow and to move forward in a peaceful yet proactive way. I see my skills as helping facilitate change, and to help my clients to find solutions even when their problems may seem overwhelming.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

To some degree, yes. I am certainly stubborn and tenacious but also, I hope, caring and loyal. Capricorn’s are a funny mixture like that!

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

As a child I was aware of ghosts – in fact I suspect this is a gift most children have but relinquish as they grow older and our “left brain” skills toughen up to the detriment of our innate psychism. Recently, too, I lived in a house that was clearly inhabited by various benign spirits. I like to call the phenomenon I experienced as “supernormal” rather than “supernatural” simply because, one day, science will catch up with metaphysics and we will have a broader understanding of what is going on. Psychic phenomenon are occurring all the time, we just need to “tune in” to them. Psychics and tarot readers do this naturally.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

There are almost too many to tell. Incredible transformations. Watching a client “transmogrify” (change their physical appearance in an instant) takes some beating. I also recall a particularly intriguing past-life regression in which my client remembered being a sailor during the second world war Upon closer investigation all of the data, names, dates and locations all proved to be correct. More importantly however, my client achieved the therapetic outcome that was needed. This is a fascinating line of work. You never know what each day will bring and every client is unique.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

As an experienced counsellor I hold a BSc degree in Psychology and a PhD in metaphysics. I find this helps keep me grounded when opening up to intuition. I use an eclectic mixture of techniques as befits the client: clairaudience, tarot reading and the I-Ching often proving most effective. My understanding of a wide range of belief-systems allows me to empathise with a broad spectrum of clients. I love working with people to help them to clarify their goals and help them achieve what they want out of life.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

Remember that we are all in charge of our own destiny and that your reader is merely a facilitator, or guide. To keep an open mind and focus on what you are looking for in the reading. A reading is a two-way street in this regard. As a reader I aim to remain impartial, but not in an uncaring way. When using the tarot, for instance, I find the cards often operate as an "“event seeking missile” – in other words the reading may develop into areas the client is not yet aware of. This is always a helpful process.
