What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

I very much enjoy the challenge of looking beneath the surface of my client’s ‘soul journey’ in order to discover what is required to enable them to move forward in their lives. For me, a truly successful reading is one that provides my clients with clarity, purpose and a renewed sense of personal empowerment.

The Shamanic visions that I receive act as a powerful catalyst for change which means people often come to me when they have an important decision to make or have reached a crossroads in their lives. I don't 'look into the future' for the answers or seek to tell clients 'what will happen'; I seek to help you uncover the answers that lie within your own heart.

I ask Spirit for 'the key' to an issue that my client currently faces and receive it in the form of a Shamanic symbolic vision. It is essential that the interpretation of this Shamanic vision resonates, so all my readings are an interactive process between Spirit, myself and the client. Ultimately, only you can recognise the interpretation of the vision that truly 'fits' so my role is to support and guide you through the process of understanding and applying the answer given by Spirit to your life.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

I am an Aquarian with my moon in Leo and Scorpio rising. This dynamic combination of ‘fixed’ signs makes me a passionate, loyal and insightful person who isn’t afraid to be stand out from the crowd! As a typical Aquarian, I am definitely happiest when communicating with people and using the spiritual guidance I receive to help improve their lives.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

I was strongly drawn to the mystical arts as a teenager. It all began with a deck of tarot cards and a copy of my first astrology book ‘Love Signs’ by Linda Goodman. I was absolutely fascinated by both tarot and astrology and was lucky enough to meet others with whom I could share my interests and learn from.

In my early 20s I attended a beginner’s astrology course and a pipe circle based on the Native American teachings of Sun Bear. It was at this time I also developed an interest in crystal healing and started getting messages from the Spirit world. As I started working with Shamanic visions, I quickly discovered that I had a gift for understanding their symbolic messages and using them to help people.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

A young man once came to me for a reading at a festival and when I asked for a vision for him, I saw a big (non scary!) snake which came and wound itself around him as he sat up in bed. I had a strong feeling that the young man was a Scorpio with a powerful healing ability and the vision I saw told me he was just ‘waking up’ to his calling. He confirmed that he was a Scorpio and then told him I thought he was a healer. At this point his jaw dropped and he stared at me in disbelief. He then told me that earlier that day he had told his parents that he wanted to be a doctor! This vision was a powerful affirmation that healing was his true calling in life and I am sure it will help keep on track as his life unfolds.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

I am a qualified life coach and secondary R.E. teacher. I have over 25 years experience using traditional tarot and a variety of other divinatory cards including Medicine (animal) Cards, Crystal Ally Cards, Osho Zen Tarot and Mother Peace Tarot.

However, I would say the single most valuable experience that supports my work as reader comes directly from my own spiritual development. I have come to trust that no matter what the circumstances, there is always a positive way forward and that Spirit will guide you whenever you stop and listen!

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

People have readings for many different reasons so knowing what you are looking for will help you choose the right reader for your individual needs. It is my aim to help you gain insight that will enable you to choose the best way to proceed in order to reach the most beneficial outcome possible. I believe we all have free will and that the true purpose of spiritual guidance is to offer support in making positive, self empowering choices. Therefore the focus of all my readings is on the here and now and I leave the future to reveal itself in its own time.
