What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

The main reason I give readings to clients is to help and support them. What I do is very much the role of a psychic counsellor. This is not only true in the readings I give but also the spiritual healing through Reiki and Crystal healing. In most cases the people I read for generally have or have had a problem, issue or question of some sort which they need guidance on resolving. The readings help give them focus and direction to hopefully an appropriate solution. It is sometimes in the moments of loneliness where people need help and support and whether that is at 3pm in the afternoon or 3am in the morning I am their for my clients.
It often feel humble as I work with sprit to help people resolve their problems and move on.

It is also a gratifying experience when I can see clients come out of the other side of their problem and moving on in a positive manner.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

I am very much an Air sign, although over the years I think experience has led me away from some of the typified characteristics of an Aquarian. I am however just as comfortable with my own company as with the company of others. I am very much a thinker and dreamer. I spend a lot of time in my head even when out walking the dog. I am very much a leader and not very good at following. I hate following trends and much prefer to do my own things.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

I have been working with spirit in one form or another for as long as I can remember right back into my childhood, although I didn’t recognize it as such at the time. As a child I thought everyone had a special ‘angel’ like mine who used to talk to them. I remember one particular day at school; some children overheard me talking to my friends about my special ‘angel’. The other children started calling me names and shouting all sorts of horrible things at me. I was so upset, and from that point in time, I decided to keep my special ‘angel’ a secret.

It wasn't until I was in my early teens that I realized, that actually I wasn’t so unusual. There was an elderly lady who lived a few doors down from where we lived, and she explained some things about spirit to me, which opened up a whole new world. From that moment on I knew I was working with spirit. She very kindly taught me the old ways of palmistry, tarot and tea leaf reading. As well as some of the lesser know methods like face reading.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

I have had many memorable experiences over the years whilst reading with clients, it is difficult to pin point one in particular.

I guess one recent one, which sticks, in my mind and which I sometimes use as an example, on how nothing is set in stone, is when I was reading at a party. I had done tarot readings for a few people when this young chap came in. At a point in his reading where I was discussing with him potential events at about 6 months into the future the three of swords came out. I discussed with him the meaning of the card (three in a relationship, betrayal etc) and it transpired he had a long-term girlfriend and she was pregnant. The young man was devastated. I finished the reading and asked him to come back and have a chat with me once I had finished reading for everyone else. As it happened I did another 4 or 5 readings, one of which was a lady (who I hadn’t noticed was pregnant). She had in her reading the same card at the same point in time. Now, confidentiality of clients means, that I could not divulge to either of them the details of the other one’s reading. The young man came back at the end of the evening and I discussed ways he could possibly change events, like spending more time with his girlfriend, telling her he loved her, planning more for the baby etc etc, and asked him to come back for a reading (free of charge) the following month. He did just that (and his girlfriend came with him), and the subsequent reading had the same three of sword in the present day. I asked him what changes they had made and they were much happier planning and getting ready for the baby. I explained that his actions had brought the three of swords forward and soon to be not part of his future and would not to happen. About 3 months later I got a lovely email and photo of a lovely baby girl who had come into this world. It made me smile, and I felt a warm touch to my heart and a little tear. Obviously spirit had directed this man to have a reading, out of which he was given the option of making some changes in his life, before things got out of control.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

I am a practising medium working at various locations up and down the country. I regularly read tarot and palmistry at various body and soul shows.

I am also a member of BAPS.

My life in the less spiritual world has me trained as a counsellor and a supporter of diversity and disability

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

For me the most important thing for a person to consider when having a psychic reading is,
that they understand that a reading will show potential challenges and opportunities set in their path before them. I stress the word potential. Nothing is set in stone, and it does not take away your free will. The reading will give you guidance and support to help you manage your way through the problems, concerns and issues.

I also stress the fact that all readings are in total confidence and we can discuss anything they wish and it will go no further.
