Phone Services
You must be the bill payer or have the bill payers permission to call any numbers listed on this site.
Calls to 0904 and 0905 numbers cost 82p per minute plus network extras. The service is for over 18s only. All calls are recorded.
Text message replies to the 67755 service cost £1.50 each to receive (maximum of 2 replies per question)
Website Use
You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

Refunds
We are sure you will love our Psychic Sofa readers and the service they provide. However, if you fail to connect with a reader, then please end the call within the first 5 minutes and contact our office on 0161 607 3013 within 48 hours of your call.
We can then either offer you a reading with a different reader or a full refund. Please keep a note of the time, date, and reader plus the home / mobile number you used to call the service.
This refund policy applies to a credit card call that has been connected to the reader for a maximum of 5 minutes.
All requests must be made through our office (0161 607 3013) and are subject to verification.
Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the call being terminated.
Cancellation Policy
If you have contacted Psychic Sofa on any advertised telephone service from a mobile device you will automatically be entered to receive free promotions. To opt out please call during office hours on 0161 607 3013 where someone will be pleased to remove your mobile phone details from our database permanently.
If you have had a reading by text and no longer wish to receive free promotional messages, please text STOP to 67755.
