About Empathy
Hi there, my name is Empathy. I'm a tarot reader, holistic therapist and Reiki practitioner based in Scotland. I've been using the Tarot for about 25 years now, and doing professional readings since. I started using the Tarot when I realised it worked – really worked – as I found through personal experience and help that was given to me at that time, and I've been rather fascinated by that fact ever since.
What do you like most about giving readings to clients?
As a reader I like to work with the values of empathic listening with unconditional respect.
I believe a reading can hold a great understanding and in turn reach a higher sense of enlightenment with the help of spirit being influenced and inspired by love and light.
I like to try and help people overcome obstacles rationally and in an enlightened way. I am a good listener. I use the Tarot Cards as well as other divination tools. I find It can shed new light on old emotional problems, negative aspects of relationships, suggest parts of your life or personality you are neglecting, and help you to make more balanced, insightful decisions, going into the future. The Tarot is a superb analysis tool for getting a clear, detached view of what you are doing right now, and where you are heading.
How would you say you are typical of your star sign?
I am a fiery Sagittarius and so very true to nature! I’d say I’m extremely generous, idealistic and have a great sense of humour. I love to travel, I enjoy the freedom! I also love being outdoors.
When do you remember being first aware of your gift?
I realised I had a gift of psychic ability at the age of 9 years old. I have given tarot card readings for over 25 years, I use various Tarot as well as Angel cards.
What is your most memorable experience with a client?
Assisting a client with huge changes in their life. Over the period of a year the advice given had made great changes in their life, and in a very positive way indeed! This was in personal areas and work also.
What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?
I am a fully qualified holistic therapist, and have also studied various other skills. I’ve taught in areas of tarot, meditation, mediumship and dream work throughout the years. I am also qualified in healing methods, aura readings, crystals and many other skills in this wide range of areas.
What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?
The types of readings I do are not only predicting what's going to happen to you over the next few days or weeks. Although these types of readings can be done, and at times readers can be reasonably successful at it, I don't think this is the most productive use of the tarot.
My aim is to give you useful insight and information that you can then take with you after the reading, although it is your choice whether you apply that to your life. A Tarot reading should leave you feeling as though you have a much better grip on what is happening in your life, and why you currently feel the way you do.

Empathy was brilliant! She was warm, straight to the point and full of detail. She picked up on my situation and character of my person with clarity. I had a wonderful reading (and I was relieved the situation will go my way) but it won't be without its challenges and she was very clear about that. Her username is accurate - she is hugely empathic and delivers information with integrity and gentleness. I will definitely call her again with an update and looking for some insight to what is coming next. Hi Empathy thanks for the lovely reading tonight it was exactly what i really needed to hear. Empathy is clear direct and honest with what she sees and she certainly lives up to her name as she is so lovely and calm to speak to. I will leave the first guy to his own mess to sort out and will get in contact with the second. I am sure her predictions will come to pass as she was so right about everything else so far! Empathy has really helped me to resolve some hard issues, when I was in doubts.Sometimes Tarot reading can make you look at your position in life from a new point of view. And also it has been fun to receive advices from tarot cards

I got a reading from empathy today and I have to say all she said to me occurred later on in the afternoon as discussed and although it was not good news she was giving me i finally got the closure that i needed and allowed me to move on and so it turned positive, i cant thank her enough and more for being upfront and honest There are times we dont often want to hear the truth but then empathy is not one to tell you just want you want to hear as she explained her job is not to fill with false hope and pretend emotions but more to be honest with what she sees at all times. Thankfully this is what she did with me and what a difference to my life it has made I can finally move on ... thank you, JM 2019

I was sceptical about this, but I did it out of curiosity. I read the reviews, but couldn’t understand what they were all raving about. But they are right. There is something about empathy. I was in a rush to get answers to the specific questions in my mind. Don’t interrupt her flow. You will get those answers without asking the questions. She will give you advice and it’s all spot on. She was right about my relationship with parents, which I have been doing some energy healing to mend. She was right about my fears and a bunch of other things. My advice is, do yourself a favour and give her a call (like I did). You will feel lighter, you will have answers and most importantly, advice and guidance on how to proceed and resolve your current issues. She’s such a talented gifted person. I had a personal reading with empathy today, and it proved to be exactly what I wanted it to answer me. Her readings resonated with my situation a lot, guiding me towards improving my present.
