About Linda

Like many other intuitives, empaths and discoverers of natural psychic ability I started seeing and conversing with spirit when I was really young. Some scared me, others were just "normal people" who would come to visit me. I learnt the hard way that I was incredibly sensitive to other people and actually shyed away from them as I coudnt understand why they weren't like me. I found that I could pick up on someones past, future, their concerns and the profiles of people close to or known by them. Without any guidance nor understanding from my parents who didnt beleive in 'any of that stuff', it was tough going. I became intorverted and very shy. However, a I got older I started to research everything and anything on why I was different, and how could use my abilities to help others. I've been very comfortable since chatting to anyone who asks for help since my late teens, and in fact was introduced to the Rider Waite Tarot when I was 19 years old. Ive been reading various oracle cards and tarot ever since. I also been self employed doing my own style of beauty therapy, combined with reiki, or hypnotherapy a number of years ago now until my children came along then everything changed for me including a breakdown in my then marriage. Onward and upward I always say.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

To be honest Im always really happy when the feedback from my readings is the recipient's response to things that have been picked up whilst reading for them, I tend to focus on the positives, there is always a silver lining to every cloud - even when you yourself can't actually see it at that moment. The main thing is that I just want to help someone move forward, and hopefully interject some hope and positivity into their lives whether there has been from information coming through spirutally about a predicted event or not.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

Born on Christmas Eve, I'm a capricorn, or maybe even a saggicorn.. this makes me sensitive,very calm, down to earth with a dry sense of humour. I also tend to be quite straight talking, as well as I hope being tactful and positive in my outlook and delivery. However, I'm also a free spirit, and dont always toe the line in my thoughts and feelings, the glass is mainly half full, but I am also occasionally more than aware of a battle against low moods too ( A capricorn thing I believe) - I never know if that's my emotion or someone elses though as sometimes the emotion can come out of the blue for no apparent reason - that may be an empathic thing though.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

As I stated earlier, I thought everyone was like me, until I discovered that that wasnt true at all - Ive been a bit of a dreamer I guess. I first really discovered my gift when I was having a conversaton with a spirit lady one night, I must have been about ten or eleven years old. She was asking me all these questions about what I wanted to do with my life - other than being incredibly inquisitive, I hadn't a clue. I'll try my hand at anything I guess, so my gifts have come in handy sometimes, but at other times has been a real trial. I'm glad I'm older and wiser now. Spirit always confirm the truth of the words that are passed on by giving me a really cold shiver down my back - as I'm used to it, its not a problem at least that way I know we have a good conneciton.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

My most memorable experience with a client was actually when I was doing a reiki session - My native shaman spirit guide came to work with me. I could hear the rattle and drums in the background as he danced around the couch that my client was lying on, I was instructed to stand at the foot end and held my hands on the ladies feet - directling energy up the body whilst he worked on the rest. If you are asking about card or spirit coach readingsthen there have been many memorable experiences, too many to mention to be honest - I've been doing this a long time.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

I'm a reiki master/healer. I have an advanced qualificaton in counselling and psychotherapy as well as a diploma in hypnotheraphy. I have a passion for past life regression work, I've been reading cards for a long time, and will intuitively choose a pack of oracle cards that want to work with my client, I have a few to choose from. On top of that, I have been working in a customer service role for a number of years as well as previously being used to working with clients on a one to one basis when I was self employed. So I could say in one setting or another I've been guiding people for a long time.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

I would definately say to anyone who has a reading from me, please keep an open mind as to the information that comes through for you. Many people feel that they need a kind word, or some guidence at the time of their reading, I will do the best I can to facilitate that, as Im sure all on this site will. Please also be aware that sometimes its not always possible to connect with someone and read for them - this can depend on various factors, please do not be discourged though, there is always another person that will be ableto connent with you if not myself.
