About Lily Mae
I have grown up being spiritually aware. My mother was a empath healer. My maternal and paternal grandfathers were both spiritualists. I attended spiritualist Church most of my life. As I am a natural healer and empath, I naturally proceeded to being a Reiki Master. My Reiki teacher encouraged to use my gift giving readings. We used to attend psychic fairs and I found I loved it. It’s amazing helping people. I started working from home doing readings. And did phone readings for a while. I then went to work with special needs adults, as I found it rewarding enriching their daily life enabling their needs and helping them to achieve their goals. I have done a lot if telesales during my life, which has helped me to feel comfortable using phones. I love helping people, I am a good listener, who is compassionate and caring. If I can help to get people through their day. I am happy.
What do you like most about giving readings to clients?
I love giving readings, I like to listen to people, tune in to their wavelength, and see what comes through, I amaze myself at times. Sometimes readers are the only person the client speaks to. It's lovely if you can listen, raise their energies, and help them have a better day. Make them smile or laugh. Make them feel a bit better.
How would you say you are typical of your star sign?
I'm a typical Leo but as my birthday is 20th of the month, I do have some Virgo tendencies. I am strong, hardworking and know how to mix well. I have a good sense of humour. Kind and caring.
When do you remember being first aware of your gift?
I have been aware of my gift since I was about 2 or 3 years old. Fortunately for me my mother encouraged me, teaching me meditation, relaxation and yoga, and old school playing cards to read from. As well as crystal therapy. Crystals helped with migraines. I still use them.
What is your most memorable experience with a client?
One day when I was doing a phone reading a gentleman phoned for a tarot reading, his grandmother came through telling him about a mouse he had been trying to catch. She told him he had put a chest of drawers in front of fireplace. The mouse had a nest in the fireplace. He rang me back an hour later to tell me that he had found the nest. He was so relieved.
What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?
Reiki master although I haven't updated my qualifications since 2006 One to one tarot clairvoyant reader Crystal work Nursed family members through terminal illness, dementia. Looked after special needs adults in their day to day lives, at their home and work.
What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?
They have to know what they want from a reading. Be relaxed and clear on how they want us to proceed.
