About Sophia Divine

First and foremost, I am very emotionally connected and protective over my own children and grandbabies. Being a mother of 4 and a Glam'ma to 2 is my main reason for being on this earth plane. Family means a great deal to me, and I strive to keep me, mine and our extended family on a great vibration with each other. My story runs deep with pools of happiness and a clouding of early and midlife traumas. I am a person with no regrets as I believe we are meant to go through "the dark night of the soul" in order to learn and evolve. How we choose to do so and allow certain things affect us, determines the flow of energy to follow and surround us. I have had to learn from a young age to be resilient, to forgive, let go and still believe wholeheartedly in love and kindness in the world. If I were to give anyone my real CV, it would be 4 pages long by now, back and front! I'm meant to work for myself. When you know, you know. Regardless of where I ended up, I would get bored, uncomfortable with certain energies within the workplace and I'd move on. This also goes for where I chose to live, most of the time I knew Spirit was calling me to various areas for good reason, but for anyone who can remember the drama series 'The Littlest Hobo', the theme song has been my life story, so far. I felt some kind of affinity to the dog in the show as it travelled from town to town, helping people. No matter where I have laid my hat, I have always come back to the 3 main things I am naturally good at. My readings, my art and my healing reiki and massages. I have finally settled on what I am meant to be doing and no longer feel a need to choose just one of my loves. I can marry them together and live a fulfilled spiritual life.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

My clients have a positive experience when choosing to have a reading from me. If any tricky situations should arise, I always look for answers that would guide for the highest good for all concerned. It is satisfying to pinpoint and clarify issues in the querants life and confirming what they already know deep down. My purpose like us all, is to use my gifts and to be of service for others. In doing so, I'm thrilled to be able to cocreate with God, Spirit and the Angels to help others either with my readings, my art or my healing hands. I am in awe of the potential possibilities.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

I see being a sensitive soul a strength, which helps me tune in to people on a deeper level. My date and time of birth amplifies my psychic abilities, I am told. I believe in moon cycles and would like to study astrology being a natural star and moon gazer. I rely on my intuition through all phases of life, and my sense of empathy encourages clearer connections with people.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

My earliest memory would be talking to "myself" on the way to and from school from a very young age. Having unshakeable doubt on things that were about to happen. I remember around age 8/9, being at a local community hall with many stalls and there was one where I had to guess the name of the doll. I heard the name in my mind, looked for it down the list of names, instantly found it and wrote my name next to it. I was surprised no one had chosen it already as to me it was obvious. I did this in full knowledge the doll was coming home to me. Low and behold later that day, there was a knock at the door where I shot up to answer with my mother to meet my new doll. I was also very aware of synchronicities and always felt and still feel a loving, protective energy around me. I believe this to be my angels, spirit guides, ancestors and passed loved ones. I knew who was on the house phone when it rang, I could predict songs playing next on the radio and I treated them like it was a game. Unknowingly, I was training my psychic and manifesting abilities.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

I have many, as I still surprise myself when spirit has a direct message. The one that stands out the most is whilst in Puerto Banus travelling through Spain with a close friend, we found ourselves sitting outside a restaurant at the marina after lunch and I decided to get my cards out as we contemplated making the big move from the UK. Before we knew it, I had a crowd of people surrounding us asking for readings and recommending me to passers by. I had many saying I should have been charging, but for me it was a pleasure to serve them with my abilities which in turn was helping me grow in confidence. In recent years, after gaining my Reiki qualifications, I was massaging a client at a prestigious hotel who was open to all things spiritual. Whilst placing crystals around her chakras, Spirit jumped in with a message from a Scottish ancestor who wasn't known to her but was most definitely protecting her family. That morning, there was a fire in her son's kitchen, and the dog had been trying to alert the family, they had to temporarily move in with her. I told her I could hear an alarm, a dog barking, could smell smoke of a fire and there was a panic to get out. From that moment she became a regular private client for my reiki and readings with tarot, oracle and pendulum. My last reading with my client correctly predicted when her grandchild was on its way and the sex of the baby. Ethically, I did not relay this back to my client and was over the moon to receive a call a few days later from my client to inform me of her great news and what I already knew.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

After high school, I became a hairdresser which for many years had me in contact with people from all walks of life. I heard many a story and my empathy skills levelled up. Before qualifying as a Reiki Level 3 Practitioner, I was a spa therapist and had no idea about protecting myself from picking up the energies from my clients but was always guided without the clients input to problematic areas with my healing hands. Once fully trained and having experience of sitting in Circle, I am attuned to picking up on people’s auras and have full trust in Spirits protection. These days I have been booked for corporate events and still read for a handful of private clients, some friends, family and of course myself.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

It is a personal experience, and you should feel comfortable with the person reading for you. Your vulnerability is in their hands and we, the readers, have a responsibility to look after you with love, light and honest if our energies are not syncing, as this could lead to static in us channelling. Ultimately, you the querant, should consider that any advice from a reader, is not set in stone. The querant has free will to act on the message channelled from Spirit or not. It is also not unlikely for the message being relayed could be for someone close to the querant as the reader may pick up on their energy. You could be the chosen one to hear a message that needs passing on.
