On days when things just don't go your way, or you feel stuck and frustrated, you are out of energetic alignment.

Take Advantage Of An Opportunity

Being out of alignment gives you an opportunity to expand your self-awareness and to get back in line. It's natural to get out of alignment from time to time. When it happens you have an opportunity to explore and identify the cause of your chaos, so that you can evaluate your progress. The more that you grow spiritually, the less misalignment you will experience. Until you reach that level of deeper self-awareness it's important to learn from every experience.

How To Tune Back Into Your Happy Place

How do you get back on track when your vibe is not a positive happy one? There are many ways in which you can change your mood, mindset and alignment.

Move it And Shake It

Physical movement has the power to shake up your energy so that you can get back into alignment. When you exercise or move about energetically you trigger the release of endorphins and serotonin that make you feel good. Movement also shifts stagnant or dormant energy so that you can create a positive flow.

Hit the gym or dance around your living room. If you prefer your exercise a little more sedate, try yoga or take a leisurely stroll somewhere quiet and scenic.

Shift Your Mindset

Negative thoughts can impact on your experiences, and can keep you stuck in a cycle of repetitive patterns. It's nigh on impossible to keep tabs on every thought that you have. What you can do, however, is maintain upbeat and positive thoughts. When a negative thought, or limiting belief, pops into your head it's important to acknowledge it, but then you must let it go. Continually thinking about what might have been, or something in the past that you cannot change, keeps you stuck in a downward spiral.

The more you practice acknowledging and letting go, the easier it will be for you to shift and reset your mindset.

Give Thanks

Acknowledging that you have a lot to be grateful for, even in moments when the opposite seems true, helps you to shift your perspective and your energetic vibe. When your thoughts, words and actions come from a place of kindness, love and compassion there is no negativity present.

Get into the daily habit of giving thanks for the good stuff in your life. This could be saying thank you for having a special friend, for the food on your plate, or the feeling of the sun's warmth on your back. Give thanks every day and notice how your heart softens with happiness.

Smile More!

This may seem very obvious but it's surprising how many people wander around all day long without a smile on their face. Smiling naturally triggers the facial muscles to release those endorphins that make you feel good. The more you smile, the happier you feel.

Even if you don't have anything obvious to smile about, smile at everyone you meet, and watch the contagious action spread. A warm, friendly smile attracts the same in response, and helps to lift your mood.
