I started using Tarot 30+ years ago, initially reading for myself. I was asked by friends and family members to do readings for them and continue to read for them today. I have been a care worker for 13 years now, working in the community which is a very rewarding job. I love going walking with friends and my dog, mainly up in the Lake District, and I like attempting DIY but unfortunately it doesn't always work out.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

I enjoy giving readings because I feel I am helping people who may feel a bit stuck in a situation, or they have a choice or decision to make I feel the reading can give them clarity or help them weigh up the pros and cons for them to be able to come to a decision. I enjoy giving my best readings to each person and to treat them as an individual. I enjoy getting positive feedback and knowing I have given that person options in their situation for them to be able to move forward.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

I am a typical Taurus, The Taurus is an earth sign, governed by Venus and represented by the bull. I am typically stubborn as a bull with a strong will and determination, but I do have patience. I am grounded and feel secure in everyday life and make a loyal trustworthy friend, I enjoy building strong bonds with relationships to last- a lot of my friends I still have from junior school from the age of 4-now, friendships of 50 years.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

Well, we all started when we were kids messing about with the Ouija board, then as I matured, I was still very interested in learning and reading about all things spiritual. I started meditating and getting in touch with nature and started listening to my inner voice. I brought a crystal ball and tarot cards then started reading and I started to realize that what I read in the cards was coming to fruition within 3 months.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

I did a reading for a lady about relationship and the cards were telling me there was manipulation and bullying and it was not a good relationship, and the outcome card was the 10 of swords. So throughout the reading I was trying to be very respective and diplomatic and she was listening intently, she asked me at the end if he was coming back which I could see he wasn't but I didn't want to upset her as the reading wasn't very positive so I just said that you have the choice at the end of the day. She said to me I really hope not because he treated her shocking. And from then I swore to tell my clients what I see. I should have said to her it had finished.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

I always think about peoples feeling while reading and how to put things. I am a confident reader, and a clear reader. I have great customer service and being a bull, I have a lot of patience.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

There are actually a few things I think one of the main things especially in today’s world is the cost and how much they have to spend on the reading, If they have a favourite reader or want to try someone else, That they are in a peaceful and quiet environment, and what you want the reading to be about writing down any questions you want clarity on.
