Psychic Question

I'm finding it difficult at work to deal with my boss. We're a two woman team and she holds back work from me, communicates ineffectively and can be irritable and undermining. It's very disheartening working alongside her at times and if I were to address these issues with her it would feel more of a character assassination and unproductive. I have addressed issues in the past but it seemed to get me nowhere. How do I manage her behaviour day to day? Any tips? I'm looking to leave soon anyway, but in the interim I want some advice on the best way to work with her moving forward, thanks.

I am being shown due to your boss you are feeling undervalued and I do sense that I would be ideal if you could have the courage to speak up rather than suffer in silence for fear of an awkward conversation. When you do approach her approach her with respect and with a genuine desire to make things work better. You can open the door to a new level of trust and also owe it to yourself and your boss to voice your concerns. Engage in a conversation of how things could be improved. Sometimes you have to go out on a limb and do things where the risks are high. The situation that you are in will remain as it is unless you try again to say something and you will have least voiced your concerns once more it may not change a thing but at least you will know when you hand in your notice due to the way she treats you that you at least gave her one last chance...
