I honestly don't remember when I realised that I was a little different. However, we did live in a haunted house when I was younger and I would hear other people talking, hear light switches being turned on and off, see mysterious lights popping up in the hallway every now and then, felt the chill of spirit from time to time and sensed I was being watched and felt other people's emotions. People I knew and strangers would tell me the most intimate and random things just out of the blue and I remember that sometimes my hand would feel like it was in a vice-like grip with the nails pressing into the heart of my palm and just knowing what that person wanted or needed. I only learned who was holding my hand through training. She still holds my hand like that but with much less force unless I am in danger (for e.g. buying another pair of shoes that I don't need).
What do you like most about giving readings to clients?
Just being able to listen, understand and help if I can. You can only give across what is given as it is nothing to do with you. I have no opinions, thoughts, hopes, fears or judgments about why the client called. It’s an honour to be able to share somebody's life on such an intimate basis and I will do what I can to get a good strong link to read the situation faithfully and accurately.
How would you say you are typical of your star sign?
I'm a Scorpio and I love mysteries, being a non-qualified detective and getting to the heart of the matter. I am a true and loyal friend through thick and thin. However, once I'm done, I'm done and virtually nothing can make me change my mind. I love people, being a shoulder to cry on, listening and helping where I can. I don't really have a savage sting, more of a firm prod.
When do you remember being first aware of your gift?
I was little girl and I would hear, sense, feel and experience unusual things. Sometimes I was frightened and other times I was just curious. To this day, I still get the gift of feathers being left in random places, for e.g. in my coat pocket, in the airing cupboard, on top of a vase of flowers, in my purse, falling out of the sky as I walk down the street.
What is your most memorable experience with a client?
I had one client who was still pining after a lover whom she had last seen and spoken to some 23 years previously. She believed he was her twin soul and that he would come back at some point regardless. Over a period of about 2 years, I repeated the same message that I got from spirit – the boat has sailed to the other side of the world. She told me that she understood the message but that she could never accept it. She was a lovely bright sparkling lady who had chosen to keep her life as it was and I had to respect that.
What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?
Readers are people too, who have emotions and lives to live. We too experience the things a client calls about whether it be abandonment by family, mistreated in love, hurt by friends, gossiped about by people at work, weight issues, health issues, life issues – we have experienced these things too and we can often relate to what you are going through because we've been there already.
What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?
It is what it is. What comes through comes through. It cannot be forced and it cannot be made to fit the situation as the client sees it. It may be that nothing comes through or that lots of things come through about something you didn't call about. I can't guide spirit to say what you want to hear or tell you exactly what you want to know if spirit has chosen to tell you something else. I will help where I can but I accept that sometimes I may not give you the answers that you are seeking.
Hi Hanna, got stright to the point, was spot on about my situation and the person in question, very welcoming and warm said it has it was looking forward to my next reading
