What do you like most about giving readings to clients?
When communication between a client and myself is good and you know you've helped that client reach a happy conclusion to a situation then that makes the job so worthwhile. I've been reading on psychic lines for a while now and over that time I've established a regular set of clients who I now regard as friends. That is enough to reassure me of the value of a reading.
How are you typical of your star sign?
I am a typical Libran. I don't like injustice and always seek balance. Libra is a communicative Air sign. That suits me.
When did you first become aware of your gift?
I never thought of it as a gift, it was just natural to me. I think when people kept telling me I was psychic (though I prefer intuitive) I started to think maybe there was something in it. Looking back at specific instances of insight I'd say I started to become aware of my talent in my early teens. Always attracted to esoteric subjects, I started to read Tarot in my early twenties and many years on I still have total confidence in the potency of the cards based on personal experience rather than 'blind faith'.
What is your most memorable experience with a client?
So many, but the occasions when clients ring back and say with delight that 'you were right'.
What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?
I am an experienced meditator and spent ten years as a full-time Buddhist where I explored pretty much all of the mediation techniques associated with that tradition from Zen to Vajrayana. A lot of my time was spent on retreat in silence and deep meditation. I can't adequately describe the value of these experiences for developing insight into one’s self and others.
What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?
That they are not powerless to fate or some outside force. A reading is like a weather forecast. If rain is predicted then it's entirely up to the individual to decide whether to take their umbrella or not.
