Sorry it abruptly cut out and I couldn’t call back straight away due to my battery dying This reader connected straight away and got to the heart of the matter. The first sentence with lucy light described my situation instantly. I knew then Lucy was the real deal. I am so glad I spoke to her because she was what I needed to hear today. Let’s try again and see if it’s worded so it’s posted. I don’t deny a gift. However there was no compassion, no questions answered and her gift seemed to be more important than the client’s needs. More listening and empathy to the client’s needs is required in my opinion. You can’t get a word in edgeways
