I began reading tarot over 15 years ago. During a Shamanic ceremony the Shaman gave me my name, Indigo, and saw that I had deep empathy. He told me to use my gifts for the betterment of others, and have been doing this ever since. I read for anyone who needs guidance or insight, and spend my free time with my Labrador Rosie in the Vale of Avalon in Glastonbury.

What do you like most about giving readings to clients?

Readings, when done properly, can give positive and actionable advice and direction to people who feel a little lost. By working together and with the energies of the universe through Tarot, Numerology and Moon Blocks, obstacles can be overcome and pathways illuminated. Seeing and hearing a client gain clarity and insight is the best feeling - knowing they are going away with a fresh approach and some new energy.

How would you say you are typical of your star sign?

A typical Cancer Star Sign, I feel things very deeply. I pick up and and intuit the energies of people all around me. It can be draining as I take on many of the energies people radiate, but gives me a wonderful picture of a person and makes me connect with people on a much deeper level.

When do you remember being first aware of your gift?

I began dowsing as an experiment whilst getting my degree in archaeology. The results floored me and my professors, and this led me on a long and wonderful path to study Tarot, Numerology, the I Ching and many other esoteric practices. It wasn't until I undertook a Shamanic ceremony in the Americas that I became conscious of the gifts I had been given, and how best to use them.

What is your most memorable experience with a client?

I have many regular clients, and these are the most memorable and satisfying. To watch them heed the wisdom of the universe and in turn transform, grow in confidence and take their next life steps with a greater understanding. It's a very rewarding feeling.

What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?

Having worked with and studied many oracles and divination systems from around the world, I always find in fascinating how these weave and link together. By actively expanding knowledge and studying these other areas, and having performed innumerable readings for people throughout the years, I know very quickly what the universe is trying to tell you through the cards, pendulum or blocks. I completed a counsellor training program to further aid in my approach to readings and its proved invaluable.

What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?

A reading is a three way conversation between the reader, the universe and yourself. By opening your heart and mind and being honest with yourself, you will be in a very favourable position to receive the guidance and wisdom the Universe is trying to tell you.
